Notifications
Alteryx One helps you stay on top of key updates across your work and projects through email or in-app notifications. A unified notification panel provides a centralized view of all notifications in one place.
It supports configurable settings and notification types, including job failure and job completion. For details about configuring notifications, go to Notification Settings. Admins may configure workspace-level settings that override individual user notification preferences. For more details, go to Workspace Settings. To manage the notifications specifically for Plans, go to Manage Plans Notifications.
You’ll also see real-time alerts when new notifications arrive. Click the notification button to jump directly to the notification source and take action.
View and Access Notifications
A bell icon in the global navigation indicates when you have new notifications. Select the bell icon to open the notification panel and view a summary of recent updates. From there, you can access the full list, filter by type, and manage your notifications as needed.
Notifications are sent in the following scenarios:
An asset was shared with you:
Get a notification when another user shares an asset directly with you.
Access the shared asset quickly from the notification to begin reviewing or working with it.
Plans job status for jobs you ran manually or by scheduling:
Get notifications when a manually triggered or scheduled job in Plans completes successfully.
Get notifications if a job encounters an error or fails during execution.
